Garment Locker Bag Features

A. Fabric and Thread
The Sure Secure Garment Locker Bags are all made of our Crypton fabric. This top quality, 600 x 300 denier polyester fabric comes laminated, with a heavy duty vinyl reinforced backing. Crypton fabric is colorfast, mildew and rot resistant, will not fade or break down under UV or ozone conditions and is available in a variety of beautiful colors. All bags are made in a bonded, resonated #69 polyester thread for long lasting, durable seams. Our bags are custom manufactured to meet your specific needs. Custom silk screening or embroidery is available upon request.

B. Locker Bag Top and Hanger
Two layers of Crypton fabric line the top of the bag, for longer wear and durability. A top hanger slot provides the space for our open neck hangers, which are rated up to sixty pounds.

C. Zippers and Locks
Our garment locker bags are made standard with a heavy duty, nylon coil, #8 self-repairing zipper. At the top of the zipper, a steel rod is sewn into each side to eliminate theft by back feeding the zipper. A front zipper entry to all garments and accessories is provided for easy access. A Masterlock #7, available master keyed, #646D combination or #1525 master keyed combination lock is used to secure the large zipper pull through the frond locking D-ring, for maximum security. Since AJ Industries is a Masterlock distributor, we can provide all your lock needs at competitive pricing. A Rear D-ring for hanging clean uniforms is also provided for your convenience.

D. Inside Features
Inside is a top divided pocket and one large lower pocket. Both are made with strong vinyl coated nylon filament mesh. The large lower pocket comes with a ladder lock adjustment strap system, to give you the ability to tighten or expand the pocket.

E. Outside Features
The Sure Secure Garment Locker Bag are constructed with the ultimate airflow system. A vent in the rear of the bag is made of strong vinyl coated nylon filament mesh and a 3” x 6” handy duty nylon mesh vent directly in the center bottom of the bag create this ultimate airflow system. By manufacturing our bags this way it eliminates the need for grommets, which can rust or fall out.

F. Identification Packets
On the front of our garment locker bag is a clear 4” x 6” identification pocket. A dry-cleaning laundry tag is placed on the side of the bag for easy laundering. Both pockets are for your convenience.

G. Additional Pocket Inserts
Additional pocket inserts are made available for extra storage space. They are made of the same strong vinyl coated nylon filament mesh as the internal pockets in our garment locker bags. They are available in two different styles:

1. Four Pocket Inserts

   Our four pocket mesh insert has upper and lower compartments that are each divided into two pockets.

2. Two Pocket Inserts

   Our two pocket mesh insert has one larger compartment that is divided into two pockets.
